Honest pricing. Expert technicians. Walk-ins always welcome at 2069 Carlisle Rd.
Laptops are complicated — lots of tiny parts crammed into a thin frame. Our technicians have repaired thousands of laptops from every major brand. Whether it's a hardware failure or a software issue, we'll diagnose it for free and give you a straight answer on whether it's worth fixing.
Note: We service Windows laptops only. We do not repair Apple MacBooks or Microsoft Surface tablets.
From family PCs to gaming rigs, we repair all types of desktop computers. Won't turn on? Blue screen of death? Randomly shuts off? These are all things we troubleshoot every day. Bring it in — or call and describe what's happening, and we'll let you know if it sounds like an easy fix.
Note: We service Windows desktops and PCs only. We do not repair Apple iMacs or Microsoft Surface devices.
A virus or malware infection can slow your computer to a crawl, steal your passwords, or hold your files hostage (ransomware). Don't panic — we've cleaned up thousands of infected machines. We do a complete system scan, remove all threats, then set you up with protection so it doesn't happen again.
Losing important files — family photos, business documents, school projects — is devastating. Before you give up, bring the drive to us. We recover data from hard drives that have failed mechanically, been accidentally formatted, or had files deleted. We give you a free assessment before we start any recovery work.
⚠ If your drive is making clicking or grinding noises, don't power it on again — bring it in immediately.
A cracked or broken laptop screen doesn't mean it's time for a new laptop. We replace screens for most popular models — often on the same day. Bring your laptop in, we'll confirm the right screen part, and get you back up and running fast.
If your computer is slow but otherwise working fine, it might just need an upgrade rather than a replacement. Switching from an old hard drive to an SSD is the single biggest performance improvement you can make — boot times can drop dramatically — often under a minute. Adding RAM stops the sluggishness when you have too many tabs open.
Pro tip: Most laptops 3–6 years old are great candidates for an SSD upgrade. It's often cheaper than buying a new computer and gives you 3+ more years of fast performance.
Gaming rigs are more complex than your average PC — higher-end components, more heat, more power draw, and sometimes exotic cooling setups. Our techs know gaming hardware. Whether your rig is crashing mid-game, running hotter than it should, or won't POST at all, we'll track down the problem and fix it right.
Diagnostic fee for gaming PCs is $99 (vs. $39.99 for standard computers). The extra fee reflects the additional time required to properly test high-performance components.
Want a PC built exactly for what you need — gaming, video editing, a home office machine, or a budget-friendly workhorse? We'll help you pick the right parts for your budget and build it properly: clean cable management, correct thermal paste application, stress-tested before it leaves the shop.
You can supply your own parts or we can source them for you. Every build gets Windows installed, drivers updated, and a full performance test before pickup.
Not sure what to buy? Call us before you order anything. We'll tell you if the parts you're looking at are compatible and worth the price — no charge for a quick parts list review.
Have a question? We probably get it all the time.
